About Me
Hi, I'm Nicole Mechem. I help leadership teams take big ideas and turn them into clear, actionable results. Over the past 20 years, I've worked across high-growth SaaS startups, global nonprofits, and philanthropic organizations, bringing clarity, structure, and empathy to executives who need to cut through complexity, align their teams, and move forward with confidence.
I specialize in leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning leadership around OKRs, building scalable People Operations, and driving special projects that move organizations forward. In addition to my work in the startup space, I've partnered with nonprofits, foundations, and social impact agencies on everything from philanthropic strategy to high-stakes event production, strengthening strategies, building capacity, and amplifying impact for communities around the world.
I've spent my career working across sectors by design. The best operators know that good strategy, strong people practices, and rigorous execution look the same whether you're running a presidential fellowship program in sub-Saharan Africa or building a creator community inside a SaaS startup.

Fractional VP Services
