Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

Every organization has unique needs, which is why I offer support that’s tailored to where you are and where you want to go. Through fractional VP leadership, I offer executive-level guidance and partnership on a continuing basis. Through consulting engagements, I deliver focused, project-based support to move specific priorities forward. In both cases, my goal is the same: to turn strategy into measurable results while strengthening the long-term capacity of your organization. Check out a more detailed description of services on my home page.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. I'll take the time to understand your goals, challenges, and where you need the most support before we discuss scope or structure. From there I'll propose an approach tailored to your needs, and we'll align on expectations, timelines, and outcomes before getting started. Reach out through the contact page and we'll take it from there.

What industries do you work with?

I work with startups, established companies, social impact organizations, mission-driven nonprofits, philanthropic foundations, and sports and entertainment organizations. If the work is complex and the mission matters, I'm likely a fit.

What is your experience?
Do you offer remote consultations?

Absolutely! I thrive in both remote and in-person environments. For the majority of my career I've successfully worked remotely with partners based in the United States and abroad.

Do you work with organizations outside the U.S.?

I partner with each client to define desired outcomes at the beginning of each engagement and ensure alignment as we move forward.

I bring 20+ years of experience across global nonprofits, high-growth tech companies, and philanthropic organizations. My career began as a Peace Corps Volunteer and led to senior leadership roles at IREX, where I designed and managed programs operating across 100+ countries, including a $22M U.S. presidential initiative. I later joined the executive team of GRIN, a fast-growing creator economy SaaS company, where I led People Operations, strategic programs, and major business transformation initiatives. Today I work with social impact agencies, mission-driven organizations, and early-stage companies through my consulting practice.

Have other questions?
What does a fractional VP engagement typically look like?

Every engagement is scoped to fit your organization's specific needs, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer. That said, fractional VP engagements typically involve a set number of hours per week or month, a defined focus area, and regular check-ins to ensure we're aligned and moving forward. Engagements can range from a few months to ongoing partnerships depending on the scope of work. We'll work together at the start to define what success looks like and build a structure that works for both of us.

How do engagements typically start?
How do you measure success?

Yes. A significant part of my career was spent working across international contexts, including leading programs operating in 100+ countries and managing teams across four continents. I'm comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and organizational contexts and welcome partnerships with organizations based outside the U.S. or doing work internationally.
