Do you offer remote consultations?
Absolutely! I thrive in both remote and in-person environments. For the majority of my career I've successfully worked remotely with partners based in the United States and abroad.
How do you measure success?
I partner with each client to define desired outcomes at the beginning of each engagement and ensure alignment as we move forward.
I bring nearly 20 years of experience in strategic program design, management, and leadership alignment. My career began as a Peace Corps Volunteer, where I learned to drive meaningful change with minimal resources in a completely different cultural environment. I went on to lead in the international nonprofit sector, partnering with people and organizations around the globe as well as in the U.S. government. I then pivoted to working with startups and served on the executive team of a fast-growing tech startup where I helped scale operations, align leadership, and deliver on ambitious strategic goals.
